Shipping Cost: UPS has added a Delivery Area Surcharge to some destinations; this fee will not affect everyone. We have decided to add this fee on an individual basis instead of raising our shipping cost for everyone. You will only incur this fee if UPS charges it to us. If UPS charges this fee for your address; the fee will be added to your shipping cost when your order is processed. Due to the rising cost of fuel there may be an additional charge to some locations which will be added when the order is processed regardless of how the order is shipped.
We ship UPS or USPS depending on items ordered and shipping circumstances. If you do not provide the correct shipping address we are not responsible in any way for these packages. If you do not provide the correct Billing and Shipping address you may incur additional charges.
International Shipping Charges: All orders pay actual shipping and insurance charges based on UPS or U.S. Postal rates; plus handling fees. Customer pays any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. We calculate the Shipping Charge based on the weight of the package and destination. These charges will be added to your order. Ship Method: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS); depending on items ordered and shipping destination we decide which shipping method to use. If you do not provide the correct shipping address we are not responsible in any way for these packages.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary according to shipper used; UPS or USPS. After placing your order you will be notified by e-mail of the approximate arrival date. You may experience additional delays in customs over which we have no control.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hot Rod Wires®, Inc. neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party. Hot Rod Wires® will not issue a refund on any order where customer refuses to pay fees, duties and taxes.
