International Orders

International Shipping Charges
All orders pay actual shipping and insurance charges based on UPS or U.S. Postal rates. Customer pays any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. We calculate the Shipping Charge based on the weight of the package and destination. These charges will be added to your order.

Ship Method
 We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to shipper used; UPS or USPS.  After placing your order you will be notified by e-mail of the approximate arrival date. You may experience additional delays in customs over which we have no control.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Hot Rod Wires, Inc. neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs
If your package (order) is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund. If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.  A 30% restocking fee may apply.

Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited items. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them.
