Hot Rod Wires, Inc. products are manufactured under the authority of Hot Rod Wires, Inc. Following are the policies of Hot Rod Wires, Inc. the owner and operator of this Web Site. Please read them carefully. These policies will govern the relationship between Hot Rod Wires, Inc. and its customers, and each party placing an order for merchandise presented will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted such policies as controlling in all respects.

Privacy:
All information provided to Hot Rod Wires, Inc. by customers will be held in the strictest confidence, and Hot Rod Wires, Inc. has taken all such steps it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect against improper or unauthorized access thereto. In no event will any such information so provided be sold or otherwise used by Hot Rod Wires, Inc. for any purpose other than as may be directly related to the conduct of business between Hot Rod Wires, Inc. and such customer.

Payment:
Payment for merchandise purchased may be accomplished through the use of an accepted credit card, or by cashier's or personal check. If payment is by credit card, the customer's credit card account will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order. If payment is by bank check, the Company will defer shipment until that check has cleared.

Order Cancellation:
Orders submitted may be cancelled, but only by written notice actually received by Hot Rod Wires, Inc. prior to shipment. All orders become final upon shipment of the merchandise ordered.

Warranties:
Hot Rod Wires, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Hot Rod Wires, Inc. at its option, is limited to repairing or replacing these products. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. Returned products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident or have been connected, installed or adjusted contrary to the instructions furnished by Hot Rod Wires, Inc. or repaired by unauthorized persons will not be covered by our warranty. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damage and/or bodily injury which may result from the use or misuse of our products by the purchaser, his employee or agent.

Returns and Refunds:
Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be the price of the merchandise less a 10% to 30% restocking fee. All items must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Hot Rod Wires, Inc. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In no event will Hot Rod Wires, Inc. be obligated to accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Cost:
UPS has added a $2.30 Extended Area Surcharge to some destinations; this fee will not affect everyone. We have decided to add this fee on an individual basis instead of raising our shipping cost for everyone. You will only incur this fee if UPS charges it to us. If UPS charges this fee for your address; the fee will be added to your shipping cost when your order is processed.

All inquiries should be in writing and submitted by e-mail or fax. Hot Rod Wires, Inc. will only be responsible for its written response to any such inquiry.
